Standard Delivery
Our standard 2 man home delivery includes our drivers delivering your furniture to your room of choice unboxing and assembling or setting up any items for use

Please note the below provisions apply:

Our drivers shall only deliver your goods subject to adequate and safe access.

We do not remove Windows, Doors or any other type of fixtures

Our drivers are unable to remove any footwear when carrying out your delivery or assembly of your furniture due to health and safety reasons. You are expected to cover any exposed areas within your premises that you feel may risk getting unclean.

On the day of delivery, please ensure that the delivery team can gain easy access to the room that the furniture is going into. We cannot be responsible for any internal / external damages caused. Please make sure that the area you want the furniture placed is cleared.

It is customers responsibility to ensure your door ways, stairs and fixtures will accommodate the size of the goods you have ordered.  If any item does not fit then it will be left with the customer.

We do not take away any of the packaging

Standard plus 2 man home delivery includes our drivers delivering your furniture to your room of choice unboxing and assembling or setting up any items for use + Removal of packaging

Postcode Restrictions

We delivery across the UK however this excludes some places which we may be unable to deliver to.  If you live in any of the following postcodes then please contact us on 0333 050 6302 or email us on sales@emitalia.co.uk before making your purchase to ensure we can carry out delivery to your area.  Please note a delivery surcharge may apply.

Restricted postcodes include: 

Norwich (NR), Taunton (TA), Torquay (TQ), Exeter (EX), Truro (TR), Inverness (IV), Kilmarnock (KA), Kirkcaldy (KY), Kirkwall (KW), Lerwick (ZE), Outer Hebrides (HS), Paisley (PA), Perth (PH), Dundee (DD), Dumfries and Galloway (DG), Falkirk (FK) and Isle of Wight (PO30-PO41).
