Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

Yes ! Any in stock item you have purchased from our website can be cancelled anytime before it is dispatched  Simply contact us and we shall arrange to give you a full refund.

If you change you change your mind after your items(s) have been dispatched then you must contact us within 14 days beginning on the day after you received the items(s) 

A full refund shall be given but you must pay the return postage / collection costs which will be arranged by our courier who shall inform you of a proposed collection date shortly after. 

​​​​​​​Any item(s) that you have ordered on our website that are specially ordered for you can be cancelled no later that 7 days from the day of your order.

Any in stock item you have purchased from our website can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we shall arrange to give you a full refund. Please note we may ask for a brief explanation as to why you wish to return your items(s).  A full refund will be provided but you must pay for cost of the item(s) to be collected.

Any item(s) that you have ordered from our website that are specially ordered for you cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

What happens if my item is delivered damaged or faulty ?

Your order is thoroughly checked before your goods are dispatched for delivery, however in the unlikely event that your goods are delivered to you damaged or faulty then please contact customer services via email on service@emitalia.co.uk within 72 hours of receiving your delivery.  

Our dedicated customer care team will help try resolve the issue advise on the best solutions including refund or repair options. Please note we shall require images illustrating the problem with the item which will help us gain a better understanding of the situation. 

Can I change my existing order ?

Once your order is placed with our factory then we are unable to amend this, however please contact our sales team on sales@emitalia.co.uk who shall assist you further regarding this query.​​​​​​​
